At Testorithm Private Limited ("Testorithm", "we", "our", or "us"), we respect your right to control your personal information. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request the deletion of your personal data and how we process such requests.

1. Requesting Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of your Testorithm account and associated personal information at any time.

To request account deletion, you may:

  • Use the account deletion option within your account settings (when available), or
  • Email us at privacy@testorithm.com from your registered email address.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Registered email address
  • Registered mobile number (if applicable)
  • A request stating that you wish to permanently delete your account and personal data

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

2. What Information Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification and approval of your request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information from our active systems, including:

  • Account profile information and Personal details
  • Profile photograph and Contact information
  • Login credentials
  • Assessment history and Diagnostic reports
  • AI interaction history
  • Reflections or notes you have created
  • Saved preferences, Membership information, and Notification preferences

Deleted information will no longer be accessible through your account.

3. Information We May Retain

Certain information may be retained where permitted or required by applicable law. This may include:

  • Transaction and payment records
  • Tax and accounting records
  • Records required to comply with legal obligations
  • Information necessary to resolve disputes
  • Fraud prevention and security records
  • Server logs retained for security purposes

Where possible, retained information will be minimized and protected in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Anonymized Data

After your account is deleted, we may retain anonymized or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you. This information may be used for:

  • Statistical analysis and Platform performance analysis
  • Product improvement and Educational research
  • Service quality monitoring

Anonymized data cannot be used to identify you personally.

5. Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a valid request.

In certain cases, additional time may be required where:

  • Identity verification is incomplete
  • Legal obligations require temporary retention
  • Technical limitations delay deletion

If additional time is required, we will inform you.

6. Effect of Account Deletion

Once your account has been deleted:

  • Your account cannot be recovered.
  • You will lose access to all assessments, reports, memberships, and platform services associated with your account.
  • Deleted information generally cannot be restored.

If you wish to use Testorithm again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

7. Withdrawal of Request

You may withdraw your deletion request at any time before the deletion process has been completed. Once deletion has been completed, the request cannot be reversed.

8. Legal Exceptions

We may refuse or delay deletion of certain information where we are legally required or permitted to retain it, including for:

  • Compliance with applicable laws and Regulatory obligations
  • Fraud prevention and Security investigations
  • Enforcement of our Terms & Conditions
  • Protection of legal rights

Where only part of your information must be retained, we will delete the remaining personal information wherever reasonably possible.
