This Cancellation Policy explains how users of Testorithm Private Limited ("Testorithm", "we", "our", or "us") may cancel subscriptions and other paid services offered through our website, mobile applications, and related services (the "Platform").

By purchasing or subscribing to any paid service, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

1. Subscription Cancellation

If you have purchased a recurring subscription, you may cancel it at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future automatic renewal charges. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

2. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription by:

  • Logging into your Testorithm account and visiting the Membership or Subscription section (when available), or
  • Contacting our support team at support@testorithm.com.

To help us process your request, please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Registered email address
  • Subscription details
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

3. Effect of Cancellation

After cancellation:

  • No future renewal payments will be charged.
  • Your subscription benefits will continue until the current billing period expires.
  • At the end of the subscription period, your account will automatically revert to the applicable free plan, if available.
  • Cancellation does not delete your Testorithm account.

4. Refunds After Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed in accordance with that policy.

5. Account Deletion

Cancelling a subscription is different from deleting your account.

If you wish to permanently remove your personal information from the Platform, please refer to our Data Deletion Policy.

6. Future Teacher Sessions

If Testorithm introduces paid teacher sessions or other scheduled educational services in the future, separate cancellation rules may apply.

Those terms will be published before such services become available.

7. Cancellation by Testorithm

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions or access to paid services if:

  • You violate our Terms & Conditions.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity is detected.
  • Your account is used for illegal or abusive purposes.
  • Continued access would compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.

Where appropriate, we may notify you before taking such action.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Any updates will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
